Never ever stay here. It’s not worth your money. You get good hotel at same price. This is worth only

Good host. Allowed me early checkin even if they have troubles in occupancy. Smelly room. Dingy bathroom. Street is narrow and filled with stray dogs. Faced difficulty is sleeping because of barking of stray dogs from street. The positives are only Host's cooperation and dedicated Car parking.

A good environment is the safest place to stay care takers really do their jobs over all satisfied

We stayed 3 days in sunflower villa. The rooms were clean and hygienic. It has dedicated parking space.

Had a good experience at Sunflower Villa. Pros: neat property, responsive team and caretaker, cost effective, not too far from most attractions. Cons: narrow road and parking so if you have a car might struggle slightly, and cable TV was not working. Overall, would recommend for short stays.

Satisfied and well maintained

The stay was excellent, the host also connected us to a local bike rental shop, etc which helped a lot. The caretaker was warm and welcoming.

the place was neat but it's not exactly a villa ... it's just a multi storey house and we got rooms even on the 3rd floor with no lift and we had no help with luggage also ... I booked it without checking the facilities.. pls do check the amenities before confirming the place . I felt it was not worth the price since hotel rooms are available in a cheaper price

Not a villa. Not a heritage. It’s 4 or 3 floor building without lift or elevator. Water is salty and bathroom isn’t good. Room and space is clean. Reaching the location is huge task in narrow lane. Parking at nearby empty site. We checked at 9 pm. And morning went to see sunrise. And hotel guy called us at 9am to remind check out at 11 am. For food you will have to take car out in narrow lane or walk quite a distance in those unmanned lanes. And he charges almost 4. 2k for all these. Rating given is based on what we paid and what we got. At that price i expect more. This is not worth

It was wonderful stay. Landlord was very courteous. Room was very comfortable with ac. Bathroom was well maintained and neat it’s location very close to bus station with good shopping cent-res around it was homely feeling

Clean rooms and hot water available. Great quality for the price. The staff is very polite and is always available for assistance

Neatly main-ted but price is slightly high. Restaurant inside available but food is not great, and they're out of stock frequently. Complimentary breakfast ir even tea not available.

Location of the place is not good. It is very tough drive innside. Non availability of veg food costly for the facility provided
