Courtyard castle Heritage resort is towards Tamilnadu, in Pondy TN NH area. Beautiful place which is calm and cool , with very less shops nearby. It doesn't have food or restaurant but on demand they can get you food anytime. Even for bed coffee we need to walk about a km to find a tea shop. Swiggy Zomato services can also be availed Property is new , rooms have the required amenities. Towels, soaps and shampoo are complimentary, waterbottles also Manager Mohammed umar is very helpful and assist whenever called

The swimming pool and outer ambience is very good. Rooms are also very spacious and good looking. May be because it’s in dense forest like area found a frog at night on the wall which was jumping…could not get sleep all night

Staffs are good. It’s remote location, towards to hotel road is terrible, not advised to families. Amenities like tv are not working and lot of mosquito inside the hotels.

Very far off from the city in an isolated location. Moreover there is no restaurant arrangements, not even coffee or tea. For all the meals we had to go outside. Not at all good for families to stay. There is a menace of mosquitoes and the area is between jungle like setting hence it's prone to snakes.

However, we did find it a bit difficult to locate the resort on google maps, and i would recommend updating the location for future guests' convenience. Need to improve on maintenance, staff & food service

familyThe room we booked had a narrow entry from the backside. It was not in proper condition, with a damaged cot, uneven tile flooring, and a subpar washroom. There was no food service, no tea or coffee service, and no sachets for tea or coffee available. The worst experience was with the bellboy, who only carried half of our luggage and left it halfway to the room. My parents, who are 70, had to carry the luggage the rest of the way while i was busy with the check-in process, so i only learned about this incident later. Overall, it’s a good property, but it needs better maintenance. They really need to work on their staff and food service.
