The room we booked had a narrow entry from the backside. It was not in proper condition, with a damaged cot, uneven tile flooring, and a subpar washroom. There was no food service, no tea or coffee service, and no sachets for tea or coffee available. The worst experience was with the bellboy, who only carried half of our luggage and left it halfway to the room. My parents, who are 70, had to carry the luggage the rest of the way while i was busy with the check-in process, so i only learned about this incident later. Overall, it’s a good property, but it needs better maintenance. They really need to work on their staff and food service.
