Feel smell in my room floor area.. thats not good when come with family. services are good, not included Breakfast. Flow of tap is very slow, rest room exhaust fan is not working, wash basin have few stain and not so clean.

I’ve booked and paid for 1. 8k but they’re asking 3. 5k and asking me to cancel the booking. But i didnt instead had a connect with mmt customer care and sorted this. Room is kind of normal room. Stay is okayish for the deal of 1800. But swimming pool is mostly crowded due to weekend and boys party and it’s acceptable. Overall okayish

I have already spoken to the concern person regarding it. And your customer service is excellent.

Rooms arent comfortable. The locks were not user friendly. We were given a key and a lock. It didnt look like it solves any purpose.

For cleaning i had to tell 7, 8 times then they clean. I told them to change the bedsheets but they didn't change

A very average kinda stay. No dental kit, no shaving kit. A/c was constantly giving e3 error. Cooling was ok after few hours. In fact the place is located amid-st green trees, so you don't really miss the ac. Location wise good. Staff are courteous.

Maintenance was poor, no staffs to response our requirement.frequent electricity drop, irregular water supply.no intercom and you need to step down to the reception for you needs, most of the time there will be no staffs available.

Overall experience was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is well maintained. Ideal for bachelor's to enjoy with good vibes

Good calm stay, but the rooms are ok not great. Overall ok stay for a night, no unwanted disturbance, surrounded by cashew trees.

The resort is not in good condition, not properly maintained and they have not even provided basic hygiene things even water bottle also.

Nothing works in this hotel, ac doesn't work, bathroom geyser doesn't work, comode doesn't work, rooms are not clean, and all rooms are same

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Rooms are good but service is not good. Staffs are not proactive. Swimming pool is not good and hygienic. Bachelor's are coming and boozing in swimming pool due to which it's not privacy for family. Overall, it's not recommended for families.

Not worth giving 2000 rs, booking mentioned with water but bottles were refilled and provided, no proper lock to doors, unless we ask for, they do not provide door mats, towels, soap, over all staff was responding that they don’t know for anything we ask. Average food quality.

The resort in not maintained at all and the staff working here are not aligned at all. One person tells that food is available in the resort and when we go to place an order the other staff asks us to order from swiggy or zomato.

Room is worth for money hug large room, currently resort under maintenance so that time we are unable to use swiming fool. Over all good

Spacious rooms located close to mango and cashew grove. Ac was not working. Overall it needs lot of maintenance. Breakfast was ordered from outside not good.

It was mentioned there will be a tv in the room but there is no tv and the rooms are smelly. I've paid for the breakfast combo and not been provided with the breakfast. Horrible experience ever. Very ill maintained properly. Doesn't look like anything. No restaurant, tv, wifi nothing, looks like a deserted place
