La Courtyard, Pondicherry

no hot water in room. had to contact reception for everything but response was poor. ac not working. limited breakfast option. only positive is that it was close to serenity beach.

Good experience with staff and clean property with good amenities.

Location is good but far from rock beach and white town. Actually its in Tamilnadu state, not in Pondicherry region. Amenities are fine. Staff hospitality and service is very good. Breakfast was also good and tasteful. The key staff person was very helpful to manage cab, auto, rental bike, luggage storage etc... Worth to stay except location is far.

I checked in around 12 am. The photos uploaded shows a different picture from the reality. Maintenance is very pathetic, the hotel owner must increase the quality/cleanliness of the property because the potential is high.

Not Worth the Money Rooms were overpriced and much smaller than shown. The toilet was stinking, the fan didn’t work, and the AC remote was missing. No basic amenities like brush, paste, or water were provided we had to ask for water &pick it ourselves . Breakfast was mostly over and not served hot. Overall, very poor cleanliness and maintenance.

they did not allow early checkin though we had 3 kids with us, The breakfast was very average and was over within 30mins, The rooms are very small the basic amenities were not working like TV AC hot water, inspite of telling them the challenge they were least bothered to resolve. Not a recommended place I would give 2/10 rating

Nice staff and supporting well

1. rooms were not clean 2. no daily room cleaning 3. AC was not working 4. The staff is not so supportive 5. No food facility near by

Hotel room was good but the overall ambience was not upto the level which showed in photos. Complementary breakfast was below average only. Comparing to the price value, the overall experience is not that great. At this price, better hotels are available in white town itself.

expected the needs... ambience is really good,staff behaviour and response was really good, really satisfied,i advise fellow women this bcoz its safe place nice and pleasant place and location with good staff.rooms are tidy and comfortable. You can easily stay there for as long as you want if have your own vehicle. the only negative thing is it is a bit far from pondicherry center

Room and property is old need some renovation

Clean rooms,helpful staff,a cute courtyard and pretty well connected to the main roads,literally on it

Not liked the hygiene and location vibe, water leaking from the ac walls.for bachelor's it would be a good place but for family or couple not a place to recommend for a stay.
