no maintenance, and there is no rooftop at room no.7. Heavy sounds at rainy time. Our second floor beach room and staff is also not proper take care and food also expensive.

For this property pathetic service, every time i have to wait, showing charge for guest onlist but charging to their original price, never recieves calls, have to call repeatedly every time, what ever the charges shown on list charges take high from that. No telephones in room for service, if want something i have take the stairs to tell them. This and that is required, this news to fixed. After my booking confirmed, my check in was 1pm i was getting late so informed i have to call manys times while somethings cuts the calls after then received, if someone going to stay kindly do stay there. No service nothing, when you pay them high for rooms. Start no room service nothing no response,
