Don't waste your money on this hotel, worst experience I got, i stayed 3 days in this hotel with 3 of my friends we total 4 people and booked 2 double deluxe rooms for each day it costs around 2k+ rs i feel it's not good to stay next time, there is no lift and it's very old buildings and there was no proper receptionist available all the time! I suggest you don't choose this hotel to stay when visiting pondicherry.

This is a heritage house more than 100 years old. The property is centrally located. The property sure has the heritage house look and feel but it needs major upgradation in terms of amenities and professional behaviour

Strategically located near white town, aurobindo ashram and other attractions in pondicherry, coramandel heritage caters to family and group travellers. Spacious rooms and basic amenities are available in the hotel. Food options are plenty and at a 5 minute walking distance from the hotel. The hotel should add support staff, i. E. House keeping, room service for catering to needs of guests in the hotel.

It was good overall but not worth 2000 rupees per night, room was small, owner was very strict about giving checkin sharp at 12 pm only.

I had a good time staying there. The owner was very sweet and polite

At night the person refused for the extra 3rd person and only after contacting the mmt team he agreed to give us room

Amazing staff, great rooms. The location is awesome, it is near a lot of cafes and is on a walkable distance to the beach. Overall we had had a good time here.

The management is the prize! cheerful, extraordinarily helpful. Even the morning omelettes were better than ever! the location, cozy feeling keep me returning whenever i holiday in pondicherry

The property is centrally located and all important places are within a km range(walking) from the hotel so this makes it a must stay place in pondicherry. Also, the place is safe for women travellers as it has a home-like and heritage vibe. Stayed on the second floor. The rooms are clean with basic amenities like towels and soaps. The smart tv in the room was a cherry on the cake. Overall experience was amazing and it's a highly recommended place.

Hotel is located in proximity to beach, tourist spots and french colony. Breakfast was simple and nice but wish if they could have restaurant too.

Nice to stay, good and soft Staffs, good guidance, nice cleaned room, room located very near to all sight seeings and restaurants except boating. slightly trouble to park our cars. Otherwise very nice everything. Thanks to Make my trip,,👍

Hotel has maintained its traditional values and customs. Staff is really friendly check in and check out was hassle free

The hotel is quaint and takes you back to old times in Pondicherry. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Decor is novel. It's centrally located but it's on a very narrow highly crowded street. Parking is a nightmare.

Best part of Hotel is it's prime location in heart of market. Besides being at a good budget, it also provides value for money

The lady at the reception was really nice, even the guy at the reception was really helpful.

Room is very small. As there is a Heritage look and feel, the price is ok. Staff behaviour is ok. There is no parking facility.

The place is located in the centre of the City. We can find top tourist places and restaurants nearby. The accommodation is comfortable but small. Unfortunately, the street end is being used as a urinal. That is a big disadvantage

The staffs were very kind and helpful, the place was nice for a stay.
