bad experience
poor service, unhygienic, rooms also too expensive.First they canceled my booking eventhough they had a pay at hotel option. and I had to book again with a higher amount.They didn't even bother to provide a bottle of drinking water eventhough they charged me close to 3k.

Not so great to say about..
The Location is good. It’s close to Shopping places of Pondy Bazar. The Room is very small and its furniture is also very old....not that great. Old Window AC was making lot of noise. Breakfast was ok. Overall it’s an average property.

Good and safe place to stay
Excellent location. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Room is clean. Excellent, very tasty breakfast and food. Bathroom also clean. Staff very polite and helpful. Safe place.

Conveniently located value for money place to stay
soloClose to high activity yet in a calm area. Large rooms, all required amenities, very friendly staff particularly the property in-charge, decent food. What can improve the place is the availability of coffee/tea maker in the room and repair replacement of some old fixtures. Recommended.

Did not have a proper reception. Just a chair and table. Rooms were having an old analog o'general at the same level as bed. No remote or digital ac provided. Old furnishings.

Second visit to the property. Chosen because of its location. Did not require to consume food though. However the most irritating part of this whole experience I was offered a full refund for a cancellation even though i did not want it. Thankfully i didn't cancel since i would not have been able to get the room on july 11 at this property if i had done so! Highly customer unfriendly!

Nothing wrong with the hotel. Upset with mm t to the core. My previous booking which i had done with fab hotels, have lost my money to you as the hotel denied booking confirmation from mm t and i couldnt reach you guys.
