Upon checking into the hotel, we found the rooms smelly. When we requested a room change, the owner rudely refused and threatened to cancel our booking without a refund. The food was overpriced and hygiene was poor. The complimentary breakfast was limited, and to our shock, the sambhar had a fly in it. Despite the great location, the owner’s behavior was unsatisfactory, and the fly in the food was the final straw. I strongly do not recommend this resort.
