Excellent Stay
This was my second visit to Meraki Maison and nothing has changed in the property from my last visit including the good amenities, food and especially the high quality service and hospitality they offer. The staff at Meraki are very friendly and supportive and they are always there to help you a call away.

overall good experience
Everything is good, staffs , breakfast and location. But the rooms are too small in size and they don’t have the option of lunch and dinner so you have to depend on swiggy zomato

Good decent stay
The room is small but comfortable. The doors and windows are old and you’ll get some noise from outside. The breakfast was good. Parking could be a bit of hassle but the staff is courteous and very helpful.

The stay was really beautiful. Clean and must mention the staff were extremely good. From receptionist to cleaning folks everyone helped us a lot. Such a wonderful place to stay.

Meraki Maison Ooty – Honest Review 1. Decent stay with polite and helpful staff. 2. Only breakfast and tea provided—no lunch or dinner available. 3. Daily food ordering from Zomato/Swiggy was expensive and inconvenient. 4. Tea was good; breakfast was average. 5. Room and bathroom doors were old and didn’t lock securely. 6. One room had a smart TV (streaming possible); the other had a basic TV. 7. Only one of the two rooms had an almirah. 8. Rooms need maintenance—especially doors and basic fittings. 9. Location is good—close to the town and easy to travel around. Overall: Good service and location, but food limitations and room conditions were drawbacks. Okay for short stays if you’re fine with ordering food and don’t expect luxury.

Excellent Stay
Stayed for 2 nights. Stay is comfortable and wonderful. Hospitality is excellent. All the people from security to the cook to the reception person all were very helpful and showed at most hospitality. Will definitely recommend for family and couples. Rooms could have been a bit bigger for my liking. But it is more than sufficient for couples stay.

Had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long day. The location is convenient and close to major spots, making it easy to get around. A special shout-out to Feroz from the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. His attentiveness and friendly nature truly made a difference in our stay — thank you, Feroz! Overall, great service, good amenities, and a positive experience. Would definitely consider staying again.

great service by owner and staff, safe for women
Breakfast is included which was great, with multiple options. rooms were clean, pretty hot water(it takes some time for hot water after opening the tap). common room for waiting. pretty close to railway station. There is no option to order lunch dinner, but Zomato food is allowed in hotel. heating in rooms is available at extra charge.
