- Food Quality: The food was below average and contained Ajinomoto, which is concerning for health-conscious guests. Taste and freshness were lacking throughout the stay.
- Swimming Pool: The pool had excessively high chlorine levels, causing eye irritation and discomfort. Definitely not suitable for long swims or kids.
- Rooms: The rooms were poorly maintained—unclean, outdated, and far from what was promised. Basic amenities were either missing or malfunctioning.
- Staff Behavior: Most hotel staff were unfriendly and unapproachable, which made the stay uncomfortable. Only the front office team showed professionalism and courtesy.
- Management: There’s a clear lack of coordination and visible mismanagement across departments. Service delays and confusion were common.
- Overall: The property has potential, but the poor staff attitude and weak internal management really hurt the guest experience.
