Good experience. Rooms are small but at this cost we are getting proper stay

Staff behaviour was very bad in late night they not allow in hotel

Very bad behaviour by property manager Shubham, not given any paid breakfast Hotel rooms are also very bad and stick suggest everyone not to stay this hotel Near by hotels are very good as compared to this hotel

property was clean but I have rec. a room without wash room a common wash room facility room was given to me.

They didn’t give me the breakfast as breakfast is complimentary, don’t book this hotel big fraud ever, they have the common washroom for guests. They don’t have hand wash & sope for guests.

Very small bedrooms. Pictures show a wide angle lens view of the bedrooms which turns out to be opposite to the kind of space shown

We have been allotted room no 5, its deluxe host mr. Sub-ham is very co-operative and allow us early check-in and little late check out. Rooms were neat, clean and well furnished. Only thing is bathroom is little small. Staffs are also nice and good behaved. Food served to us was very good. I would definitely recommend to my family members and colleagues whenever they visiting mumbai to staying here.

The location is very close to my business places. It is easily found. Here the caretaker is well behaved. It's near and clean. Thanks!

Good service and rooms are fine in given price, metro station is also near by the hotel so you can easily move around

They dont even have mineral water bottle. Worst experience in life.

Property location was easily accessible by google maps through whatsapp. Hotel rooms were small but sufficient for me as a solo traveller and also you should consider this is a budget friendly single room in this costly city. You have to use a common bathroom, but don't be afraid of that. There are only 2rooms who share the bathroom. And most of the time you will get the other room vacant. So you will be alone using that washroom but it is not attached. Staffs are polite. Overall a nice stay.

Check details before booking this hotel. In some cheap room, you have to use common bathroom. Room ac is working.

It was difficult to locate as the name board was not visible easily. Hometel has compact room with tv, ac but clean rooms with a common bathroom & toilet. Located in residential area. Good option for budget travelers.

Smallest room for even 1 person i have ever seen. Didn't mentioned in about room that washroom is non attached

Location is good, hotel staffs are nice and friendly, clean washrooms, i stayed in single room its clean room with highs-peed wi-fi internet, tv, ac, fan, mobile charging sockets. And provided breakfast.

Room did not have attached bathroom even when it is clearly mentioned on mm t advertisement. Mm t representative and hotel admin did not help. Just said sorry and gave up. Booked another hotel in the end. Bad coordination from both hotel and mm t

Not good service staff can't support us as guest. We can't eat breakfast after then they charges extra cost for extra tea and coffe. They also can't wash our clothes. Please try to contact me from your side by call. Can't satisfied

Helpful and polite staff. Hygienic room and restroom. Tasty complimentary breakfast.

Stayed for 4 nights , and felt they have taken care of smallest things, soaps, body wash, hot water, rooms have adequate windows and sunlight, rooms with windows on the side and back are peaceful, free breakfast is good, nothing shady as it is in a residential area, as often hotels that allow all couples are usually used for dirty things but there is a bank and tutorial centre downstairs so observed no non sense, staff can smile, talk and greet you in a better way but they are helpful so it’s ok :) all amenities in working condition. very big market downstairs, overall a nice feel.
