Sohum Habitat | Rooms in an Apartment

It seems that homestay doesn't want us watch tv. Tv is placed in a very inappropriate wall which is on the right side of bed in almost all the rooms. Last time i stayed at the same hotel on ground floor and the tv was on the wrong wall there as well. Always check the toilet on ground floor as it has a transparent window which opens in the next toilet which is open for everybody. When i tried to ask the manager about this first he didn't accepted but later located a ply or something from other side. I was still not convinced as it was very easy for people to peep in your toilet or record. Be cautious while booking and check everything thoroughly. I was given a room on 2nd floor without any lift just because the manager is incapable to manage the bookings properly. They just accepted my booking but didn't locked any rooms in my name unless i show up. When i reached there he gave me a 4 bed room when i booked a double bed. He told me to use only one bed as it was booked for next day. I had to call him again to join 2 single beds as i booked a double bed. Overall i booked it twice due to its location being convenient for me however i may not book it again due to the mismanagement and the transparent toilet window.

Finally got the time to rate this place. First of all the location has shifted to some new place which you have to search on your own because it doesn't have any board, sign saying that it's "sohum. No one knew what we were talking about. Finally found it after 20min of searching and entered. The hotel is as shady. I was greeted by men drinking whiskey with gate open when i went in to see my room. I had booked a double bed room but i was given a 04 single charpoy kind of arrangement which was dirty af. I proceeded to book another hotel and gave up my money on these . Dont book this hotel. Ever.

Good service and nich hote and comfortable

Totally mismanagement. Early morning we were told for different location stay (same owner) and observed very poor management by hotel. No any manager found in hotel even no door keys to lock the room. No any bell or phone facility in room so if any required, we have to up and down two floor stairs. They charges extra for early checkin but not given towel replacement service. At least.

The location was good, though it was a bit difficult to reach. The room was good and comfortable. The whole property was very clean and tidy. The caretaker was very nice and helpful. Surely going to recommend this property to others.

Not satisfied with ambience, not at all value for money. Wasted my money. Linen not clean.

Staff and facilities are absent. Poor field work by make my trip.

Location is very far from Goregoan but place is very good.

It is in a good location and it is more like a guest house. The room which was given to me was very big room with 3 beds. There is no WiFi available in that place. So far at was good stay for a night.

Room was so-so.. Taps and shower were not working properly.. AC was very slow. Poor behaviour of staff. No telephone service in the room. We can't call on reception or For room service. Staff was not cooperative.
