Please remember the following text: "Please work on your washroom. It stinks worse than a public toilet. We had to call and ask them to clean it again. They sent a guy, but there are still no tiles on the floor. How can one use such a bathroom? There are insects everywhere. After paying 4k, one would expect basic amenities like a better room and washroom. However, only the room was comfy and decorated."

The property was not available for check in. The concerned person sent us to another place which was extremely dirty and unsafe for women. Please were checking into this place on hourly basis. We couldn't stay at such a place. So we left and had to arrange for an accomodation late in the night. Please arrange for a refund as soon as possible and ensure that such properties are not listed as available. Please also keep in mind safety as a prime concern especially when the booking is being made by a female customer. I have been using makemytrip for years and this is extremely disappointing and agonizing. Please have someone call me back for reporting the issue
