BKC Premium Living Apartments

Location was convinant for BKC, I had breakfast and it was good , sufficient amenities and overall good service.

I did the booking for 3 people in one booking ID. We were given 3 rooms - all in different blocks and different floors far away. We requested property manager to at least give us room on the same floor but he refused. We had to sit together to work but we couldn’t do that. Failure on part of Make my trip as the MMT customer services also couldn’t help inspite of making me on hold and on call for 45 mins. Big thumbs down for MMT and this ridiculous hotel Corporaye Service Apartment

location is good and so is the guest house. washroom needs lot of repair, room sizes are small.

The property is very near to BKC and is near to the main road as well. Rooms are well organised and attendants are also courteous. Food quality also good.

Excellent hospitality and service by the care taker. Was well maintained and neat. The food also was good but a bit pricey. There should be better care towards finding the location, it took a while and multiple calls to find the location. Some landmarks would help. Pls look in to this. Overall, it was wonderful and highly recommend. Good job 👍

The guest house is in an apartment and the approach road is ok. Rooms are small but ok. Food is average. The only problem is cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room. I would recommend it for solo travellers only.

the service apartment is ideal for a business trip, clean rooms and good breakfast, it's proximity to the BKC is also an additional advantage if you have work there. basic amenities are provided. the staff is quite helpful too.

Neat and clean room with basic facilities. Nice breakfast. Within BKC premises is a big advantage.

THIRD CLASS PROPERTY. FULL OF COCKROACHES, NO SANITATION, NO VENTILATION IN THE ROOMS. PLACE WAS FULL OF CARETAKERS, 4+ PEOPLE WERE STAYING IN THE APARTMENT. FELT A BIT UNSAFE. GHATIYA, WAHIYAAD KHAANA EKDUM, NEVER EVER BOOK IT MAKEMYTRIP ALSO DOES NOT HELP . Worst experience!!!!!!

Location is good, rooms are clean, and the food is yum. But the kitchen was dirty with a cockroach infestation. Also, on lower floors, sounds from construction activity outside disrupts your sleep at as early as 7 am.

This is a very descent place to stay in a calm residential tower. they have good caretakers. home made fresh food are served from the kitchen. Common living room is spacious.

The staff was great and the rooms were very clean. Check in was seamless and the location is spot on, if work brings you to BKC.

we had a very bad experience. this property didn't have a water supply, A/C was not working, incharge and owners were rude and just saying it was not their fault in charge of this property belonging to Staywood and her team are greedy of money and not at all concerned about Guests.

Very bad experience. I have shared the actual review of my experience.. They asked us to live without water the whole day. After a tiring day long sessions and early morning travel we reached the stay place around 7 pm. To our surprise no water at apartment. So at 10 pm we had to go out & shift to a different hotel. They are even not cooperating in refunding the money.

My stay was very comfortable. Room was a bit smaller though but it's okay for one night stay. Staff was very courteous and sober. Breakfast was wonderful.
