There were no hot water available desite having a geysey and he didn’t even get some even after asking. And the guy insulted me telling me not to book his hotel again and said i got what i deserved for the moeny i paid in a rude way.

I booked for the standard ac room but when i reached hotel he said i paid less on make my trip and gave me non ac room and after that he asked me more 300 for ac room but i stayed on non ac room such a terrible experience

It was highly unhygienic. Stains on bedsheets, smelly rooms, no hot water, no proper parking. And the images were false because the hotel seemed very nice n clean in pictures given but was totally terrible in real. The check in was so slow and lots of formalities were there. Neither thay gave sealed water bottle nor other goodies in the room.

Service is very poor, premises is very dirty and they don't know how to serve. Staff is very rude and there behavior is like they want to fights us. And price is changed after advance booking payment, earlier it is booked for 3 adults. When we reach hotel they said that 3 adults is not allowed in one room and then they force us to book single room for the third person which costs us more and food is tasteless.

Remotely placed hotel with no cleanliness. Pictures used are all fake.
Worst experience. Rooms are not good and not at all clean.
