Jusgar Resort is perfect for family. The location was best I have ever seen. Taste of food was very good and my overall experience was very good, and also the staff was very good. It was an awesome stay for us. We were there for my son’s b’day. They made a tremendous effort to fulfil all our needs. Mr. Rohit, Manager was beyond next level supportive. He is a nice and kind hearted person.

It is a real good place if you are looking for a place away from hussle of city life, it is litter-ally kms away ) staff was very polite and friendly. Though i found it a bit pricy, but over all a nice stay.

The property was at a serene location, away from the noise. However it wasn’t maintained well. I stayed in the dome room, which were very spacious. Washroom was clean. However the exterior of the property was not well maintained. Garden grass was not tripped, it was in excess of 6 inches. Even the majority of the adventure sport facility were in bad shape. Major disappointment was from restaurant, didn’t feel like having a food there. It was giving a half constructed roadside dhaba with an open kitchen. While we were told that property is under renovation, and they are coming up with 100 more rooms but then having a proper restaurant is a basic need. The breakfast spread was very minimal. Food was average. Though the staff was very courteous and supportive. Special mention of mr. Manish. He tried his best to provide us comfort during our entire stay. They have ample parking, easily for 20 cars. Resort is located 3km away from the main road, and approach road is narrow and in a bad shape. Mind it, resort is approx 1 hour distance from lansdowne, but should not effect the decision making, as you won’t find many good resorts in the city area. Overall it was a very average experience for us.

Location of the resort is good but last 3 km road is not good at all to reach the resort and it's 1 hr from lansdown, view from the resort is good and they have various out door activities in property, i booked the room in dome and as per me renovation is required like wall and cupboard paint and some construction is going on in back of the property. Overall good experience away from city and just to relax, food is also good.

Facilities services and room totally different from the description give on your site

Information about room amenities and reality was very different. Couple of amenities shown were missing.

Over-hyped and less than ordinary. Ac services were cut in the middle of night the road ti reach the resort were very bad and off the way very expensive in comparison to the services very less part of the place is developed and rest of the part is under uncertain construction

Well it all started with a driv

Condition of this resort is very poor, they serve stale food, we have suffering from food poisoning after having their food items, the hight of negligence is that they serve bread tost with fungus. I can't understand how can a hotel play with health of their guests health. The only good thing is the manager behavior he is very polite.

Very nice kids area with lots of adventure sports activities available. Calm environment and good staff behavior are significant.

I booked dome shape rooms. Brilliant looks as it's completely different experience. Location is really very good surrounded by high mountains and greenery. Completely in nature's lap. Food was really good both in quality and quantity. My kid enjoyed a lot roaming around in gardens. Highly recommended for everyone

Nice atmosphere and location to stay with family on a weekend. Lots of activities for kids are aldo available to spend time. Can go for trekking also from here.
