    The location was okay, food was fine but most of the food on the menu was unavailable, amenities were lacking, no toiletries were provided as mentioned in the description but it is provided if we asked for it which is frustrating and irritating. Service was okay. The property was built very nicely but sadly there is no maintenance. Anyway, thank you cloud forest for our memorable stay and please step up and maintain your beautiful hotel before everything breaks down.
