I had a really good stay here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with a surreal mountain view right from the window. The staff were very polite and understanding, which made the experience even better. However, the food was a bit disappointing. it didn’t quite match the price in terms of taste and quality. Since there aren’t any food options nearby, we had to dine at the hotel, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay for the views and hospitality like a getaway between nature, but the dining experience could definitely be improved.

We just checked into the hotel. First-our booking is not confirmed & after requesting the owner, he decide to give for 2 hr one room. After checkin- no water in washroom, no electricity. Terrible experience we have. No response. Not able to contact customer support

1. Amenities like chair, cushions as mentioned on were not provided. 2. Insects like huge spiders were seen in the bathroom. 3. Food was not good. 4. Even hot water was not provided at night. When asked we got a response saying that kitchen is closed. 5. Even mineral water was not provided for drinking.

Service & Behavior of staff is good. Food is also good, but Rooms & Toilet not up to the standards.

The resort recommended by make my trip was amazing. Me and my family really enjoyed the stay. Next time we will refer to your site only and we will recommended others also

The staff and specially owner was very wonderful and catered to my every need. The room was impeccably clean, and all the facilities were in perfect working order. Thank you for your excellent hospitality, and i hope to stay at nature hike again soon.

Dirty hotel, dead and alive insects in room and washroom. Extra bed promised but not given. Food was tasting as stale staff was humble, maybe due to all these problems room not cleaned next day overall a bad experience dont opt for it

Will give my complete review on the portal. For the propert. Cons- 1. Reached property in afternoon, no authorised person was available at property, even i called them twice but nobody picked phone. So i just went to explore the city and till 6:30 no response received from them. 2. When i called them again on 6:30, they seems uninformed for my arrival and when i reached property the reception guys the most uneducated person i have even met. I have to ask for. Each and everything myself to get them supply like soap to wash hand. Etc 3. Room was not cleaned properly. Both room seems spider home. And as i was with my kids. It was very difficult for me to stay there. 4. Due to location no phone network was working. Either airtel or geo. Will have to came out from property to make any call. 5. When i asked them to provide wifi password. Reception boy denied and told me that there is no service available. When i ask hotel owner next morning he is saying that wifi is available. This again triggers the unwanted discussion. 6. Pathetic food. Even noodles provided in morning breakfast on order become the reason for kids of food poisioning. 7. Even when i was suggesting my feedback for the mess. To the owner. He was asking the amount i have paid for stay. This was actually ridiculous. So on the whole for everything for this stay i will rate 2 out of 10. Hope mmt will look into this and take suitable action.

The room service was almost non

There was only one towel. In the name of toiletries there was only a small soap & almost empty hand wash. They changed the dirty kettle on request and brought the water glass. There was only one coffee sachet and no milk powder to make it. In short they were not prepared even in advanced booking when they are already informed about the guest number etc. Also even after request they didn't recharge TV dth service. After paying more per night we didn't expect to make request for every small thing. At this price it could be much better. Good points are masala tea was very nice, next day paranthas were yummy, room service was good.

There was no electricity during all our stay. Generator was used only for 3 hours during the night. There was no emergency light as well. We had to be in completely dark room for all night and our mobile phone was also not working as we were not able to charge it. We asked for milk for a child but we had to repeatedly ask them(min 10 times) and they provide us the milk after long argument at 11pm. Very bad experience

We had a memorable experience staying here with family (with 2 senior citizens. The staff and owner treated us very well and it felt like home. Best thing about this hotel is the common balcony having scenic view, freshly prepared home food and cheap rates. Don't expect 5 star hotel facilities, rather a comfortable stay with a good budget. The hotel is accessible easily and has parking space too. There is a small park where u can enjoy the freshness of hills. If you're traveling with family, then prefer family room.
