    The service was very bad and the internet service was not available , every room had some issues, like toilet flash not working, curtain rod damaged, light switch board damaged, i have changed three rooms but every room same issue

    The resort is situated on thd ouskirts of kathgodam at a distance of around 15 km from lansdown. The hospitality extended was nice and warm. The cottages are nicely done up and present good view of forest area. The food options though limited but was good in taste. parking of vehicles can b an isdue in case of rush. May b sep to mar are better seasons to visit as area is bit warm in summer

    Overall a very pleasing stay

    Location- 5 hospitality - 5 food - 5 wifi was not working in the starting, however manish ji(manager) handled that later on. Overall, very good stay and i am planning to come here again with my parents in future.

    Stay was great food was good only the last breakfast not up to the mark. Mirrors are not available in room. Rest everything is great
