Very bad room ... in breakfast alu ka paratha and achar only ... Dirty room

This beautiful establishment is run by a lovely couple, Mr. Nitin and Mrs. Renu. The first thing that comes to my mind is comfort with amazing hospitality. They are an amazing host. The rooms are very spacious with great views of mountains and valleys from the balcony. It is situated a few kms away from the main town, which comes with its own benefits of tranquility, away from the buzz of typical locality. They offer good parking space. They have their own restaurant which serves freshly made hot and delicious foods. The care takers are also very polite. 5G wifi is available 24x7. They also provide local cab services for tour of the town and all the important site seeing spots. . This place is well suited for all kinds of groups, friends, couples and parents/elderly people. . My recent stay was truly exceptional, and I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding amenities and exceptional service. The food was particularly noteworthy, with a diverse range of delicious options that catered to my every culinary whim. Overall, my experience was nothing short of fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The stay was perfect at Sunny Pines.. The view from balcony is just wow, food is nice at reasonable price.. we really loved the stay there.. And most important thing the staff is really nice and supportive.

Super deluxe rooms are good. Food is ok. It is 7 km before the main lansdown. Lots of greenery and you can enjoy it on the terrace with food and music.

Although the location was good, the food and other services were below average. They must work on improving food quality, room cleanliness, and customer service. Their deluxe room is not a deluxe room, but instead a basic standard room. However, the super deluxe room is excellent and is actually a deluxe room.

It's a compact and well taken care of property, located on the main road with the view of beautiful pine forest. Good hospitality, they try their level best to make your stay comfortable and memorable one.

We were spent a day and found average experience in rooms, room service, food quality and taste. Our total experience was average.

We had already pure booked the hotel as we were going to check in late, at 11pm when we reached to hotel no one was there, i need to call the owner twice and waited 15 mins to get their response as they don’t have any available rooms, go away. Very pathetic hotel and staff.

No wifi as mentioned by make my trip and the food wasn't good

Overall experience was good. Hotel has parking, terrace view, food is also good. Only thing is that i got room in basement and there is no wifi and mobile network connectivity. If you booking this hotel so book super deluxe rooms for network.

Not value of money needs to improve the besic facilities

Staffs are very courteous. Food quality is average. Needs improvement.

I booked deluxe room and they gave me basement room with no balcony and with closed window. It was a very expensive room. I asked them to change this room by any chance but they denied. There was no network and wifi range in that room and i had to go upstairs for calls and whatsapp. Bedsheet was white but it had many yellow spots, blanket had some kind of smell. Washroom was very short even room was as shorter as you get washrooms in good hotels. It was like a sarvent room.

The stay was pleasant. The hotel location was little far from city but still fine. The breakfast, especially the tea need to be improved. Also need improvement in housekeeping. Lansdowne is a offbeat place with very few indulgences. The hotel should have packages or tours to nearby places on offer

There is no air conditioner in any room in hotel, some issue of cleanliness, but food taste and quality is very good, staff service is very good

1. Property is around 8 Km before Lansdowne market. 2. You have to be fully dependent on hotel staff for cabs/ taxis. They used to hike the taxi rate by almost doubling it. On 1st day, the journey for which they said 1500/- becomes 3000/- the other day. Luckily I have taken the contact number of another taxi driver. Finally I paid only 4000/- to other taxi for which the hotel staff had quoted 7500/- after having connivance with his known taxi driver. 3. On first day, 3 ants (चींटी ) were served with rice, which they later on changed. However, rest of the meals were good in taste. 4. Charged 320/- for less than 1 litre of milk which I don't think is justified.
