Overall Experience:
Our stay at this hotel was disappointing and uncomfortable. Despite being told that all rooms were booked, we were given a room on the 3rd floor down, which seemed unnecessary given the number of empty rooms indicated by the parking lot.
Room:
The room was not properly cleaned, with shampoo and soaps from previous guests still present in the bathroom. The lack of a hot water kettle was noticeable, especially on cold nights.
Cleanliness:
The room had pests and spiders, which was unacceptable. The bathroom kit provided was minimal, with only a small pouch of shampoo.
Amenities:
The furniture in and around the room was broken, including chairs and a table, which the manager denied despite clear evidence. The free Wi-Fi was advertised, but it only worked in the restaurant and not in the room. Ironically, our mobile internet connection also didn't work, making it difficult to stay connected.
Recommendations:
Given the issues we faced, I would not recommend this hotel to others. There are several areas that need improvement, including room allocation, cleanliness, amenities, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
View - View from the hotel was very nice and only thing which we loved about it.
Will I Stay Here Again?
Unfortunately, no. Our experience was subpar, and we would not choose to stay here again.
