Terrible Stay
The experience was terribke in Flutter hotels Landsdown, 1. Rooms were haveing insects 2. Poorly managed by staff 3. Water problem in bathroom 4. Spice food not at all kids friendly , even ordered food. Limited option in breakfast. 5. Rooms beds are other side if the fan is kn other side. 6. Steep broken downhill road to reach the resort. 7. Not at all for family stay. Mens boozing in open area. 8. TT Table and carom are in conf room which is not cleaned from months. Please book at your own risk. Not recommended at all.

Average Stay
Path from flutter and vicinity hotels to mainroad is not conducive to walking and driving. Although affordable hotel but lacks amenities and not much comfortable.

Food and stay is nice... experienced lack in room service like washroom fan/ tap / wifi not working make bit disappointed I had a decent stay in Lansdowne and rated the property . The overall experience was fine, but a few issues left me disappointed. WiFi connectivity was poor, the washroom fan wasn’t working, and the room lacked some basic amenities. The food was average, and the playing area was poorly maintained with limited equipment. However, the rest of the stay was comfortable.

Nice place to stay with family. Staffs are well behaved. Good hospitality. Only the entrance and exit point is rough due to kuccha road.

Not at all good experience.
I booked this hotel but there was no electricity supply. When i applied for cancellation, the hotel rejected to give us refund. A ticket is still open from my side on mm t regarding refund. Road connectivity is very poor. New drivers need to be very careful as there was pin turn without concrete road.

Everything was bad here. Rude staff. Small rooms. Not clean at all. Bad management. Will not recommend it at all.

Rooms are ok, staff is very supportive, if you like calm, peace then sit in balcony and feel the nature.

Room is very small. Washroom was not functioning properly. Not up to the mark. View was fine though.

Good Stay
This place was very comfortable with an awesome balcony view, witnessed sunrise Polite staff, good parking space, pet friendly, overall a good place to stay with family or friends. The only disappointing thing was breakfast, it was just ok ok type.

Great view, good rooms but compare your room given to the room you booked.
coupleWe went for a weekend vacation. Great view, great atmosphere, great service, good rooms but the road to get there is not good. It is a small off-road hilly trail of about 600-700 mts, so be careful while taking your vehicle. Also please check the room you booked matches to the room you are given. For us we booked a classic room but they were trying to give us a cheaper room saying that it is a classic. On showing doubt and contacting the authorities they changed it immediately. So be careful of that. Otherwise fantastic experience and great value for money.

Terrible Stay
I will give no. 1 for this, its terrible and communication is going on with mm t for same also. First i have booked three deluxe room with valley view and they dont have the rooms for us after a lot of argument they provide the room on different-2 floors. Rooms are very dirty and exhaust fans and flush also not working in washrooms even one exhausted fan caught fire in night. Food options are also very less a in their dinning. Major issue is staff they don't have proper staff for house keeping and kitchen, few people were there who did everything task so services were very poor and eveyboday had to wait for food and other things.

Peaceful retreat in the hills
In recent lansdowne trip we were staying at this hotel. It was an enjoyable experience with lively dj songs at night, and the outdoor sitting area with beautiful scenic views of surrounding hills. It has a play area where children can enjoy play swings and slides. There was a network issue in this area but hotel has wifi connectivity. Overall it was a good experience.
