Location was apt But the food they served was horrible Stinking rooms No facility at all Spider web all over the room Such poor quality toiletries they use.. Over priced Unprofessional staff I mean I won't ever book again for 1k also Though I spent almost 6k

This hotel exceeded all expectations with impeccable service, pristine rooms, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Amenities were top-notch, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. highly recommended.

The property is beautiful with very well-mannered staff. There were a few issues with the electronics there but they tried their best to solve the issues. The food was ok. Overall it was a great experience.

The resort was comfortable to stay in with all the basic and crucial facilities. Staff was very supportive and made the stay very comfortable. Food was good too. The overall experience was relaxing and serene with the beautiful forest view. Fortunately, I got to experience the greenery with thunderstorm making the forest look even more enchanting.

Property is too costly ... keeps a high margin in deals and provide low quality properties at exorbitant rates to its customers. Good was pathetic. Every second customer was found fighting while checking out. Tasteless food and so much delay in breakfast. These buggers cannot even differentiate between tandoori paneer tikka and normal paneer.

Make my trip must reduce its margin and provide value of money to its customers. It’s really shameful that you guys keep your margin intact by displaying out of world pics of hotels and selling them the product which is way below its worth.

The hotel is very beautiful and is highly approachable on the main road only. There is beautiful view of mountains from room. the Rooms are spacious. The hotel has all facilities. The indoor games are nice. We enjoyed snookers. At night there was a bonfire at the terrace along with music. it was the best part of our stay in the property.

It was an awesome stay everything was on place and especially food was just finger licking and above all staff was very friendly

*review: disappointing stay* i recently stayed at this hotel for the second time, hoping for an improved experience based on my previous visit. Unfortunately, it was even worse. The washroom had no toiletries, and it was incredibly smelly. To make matters worse, the flush wasn't working properly. After contacting the staff, they did fix the washbasin, but only after dealing with water spilling from the drainage pipe. I had high expectations given my prior stay, but this time left me regretting my choice. I won’t be returning.

Food in resort is very expensive

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The services were poor, and the information provided was misleading. It was advertised as a resort but turned out to be just a regular hotel with no garden area as shown in the pictures. There were frequent power cuts, the toilet was not functioning, and several lights were damaged. The rooms had bugs, and hard drinks were not permitted. Pool was extremity dirty. Even surface was not visible. Not kids friendly hotel. Overall, it was a terrible experience and definitely not worth the money.

Location is good. Food is bit expensive but amenities are satisfactory. Service is good. Swimming pool is a plus point.

It was a great time at first view resort, tasty food, property is on the road, sufficient parking space, private balcony with nice view etc. Didn't find any issues with service.
