Amazing stay, staff was polite and rooms are clean with a nice view. Food tasted just like at home. Spacious for car parking. No network in mobile, no Wi-Fi. Due to which We remained in confined. So very disgusting. Thank you.

price are very high according to facility provided. staff are cooperative. the executive room and super deluxe room are same , only difference is air conditioning

I've stayed at numerous hotels, experiencing both excellent and disappointing services. However, my recent stay at Hotel Prince Valley exceeded all expectations. I have no complaints whatsoever – the experience was flawless, scoring 10/10 in every aspect. From accommodating requests to overall service, everything was impeccable. I'm thrilled I chose Hotel Prince Valley for our stay. A huge thank you to the entire team, including management, staff, and culinary team, for making our family trip truly unforgettable.

The property location, food was good. However, the service was average. The room executive room didn't have the ac and have to adjust the summer heat with fan only. Our executive room was not ready to shift in and staff allowed us to shift in. We had to complain that set top box was missing, washroom was sticking and we have to ask the staff member to provide odonil air refresher to make it comfortable. The room wardrobe was not clean and no hangers provided. We have to call the receptionist to provide the same.
