My reviews about this stay is also same. I had a worst holiday experience during my stay. It is basically a trap. You will feel like that you have now paid the money and there is nothing you can do. Location and room condition is good but you cannot survive only on that for 24 hours seeing location only. You need proper foods and other facilities on time to make anything a better place to live. Will suggest you to take these reviews seriously and think twice before booking resort.

The hotel is in a secluded location with greenery and forest all around. The property is an ideal place to relax and the food served is amazing. The only downside is that the road to reach the property about 3. 5 km long link road is in a very pathetic state and it will take you 30 mins to drive your car to reach the property.

Wonderful experience. Location was superb. Kids enjoyed a lot. Especially off reading part was main highlight of this trip. Thanks

Only for those who wants quite place

Out of the town. It's isolated from city and one way downhill 6 feet wide wild road. No network nothing is working no internet no dth, fully depend on there staff with limited resource and need escort to in and out from resort due to isolated spot.

If you want to spend quality me time with nature and family or friends, this is tha place you must visit once. I love serenity, nature and food here. Gone for two tracking with family. Jungle track was really adventures not met a single haman being for 2 hrs

The hotel is quite far from the market and commute is mainly on hilly poor roads, so the cabs charge highly extra to take to this hotel. Once reached there, it was peaceful surrounded by forests and Hills. However the rooms condition are poor as none of the three rooms offered had a geyser. Bathroom was not really clean. Tv dish recharge was not done even after several complaints. Food tasted good but the rates were on the higher Side. Overall the place (all the resorts in Dhura Valley, Lansdowne) will be costly to stay compared to other locations and prefer only if you search for isolation.

Overall it was good, make sure that you confirm the order twice with the staff as they forget sometime.

Place is far from market. Expect a peaceful and very relaxing stay. Don't expect too much from the hotel. Do not forget to bring whatever you need with you as it is far from market repeat. They used to serve great food in the past but you can avoid lunch and dinner here vegetarians as it will spoil all your mood all of a sudden. Don't expect anything for free except water to avoid surprises in billing. Do visit for peace and tranquility if you are lucky and your fellow travelers are not noisy. All stars for location. Don't blame hotel for the kutcha Road as it is far from the market. Happy traveling.

Room are very cold, bone fire mast, staff are good, location is good.

The location of the hotel is just perfect, I guess in the whole lansdowne you can not find such a serene beauty. It is 3 kms deep inside the jungle, giving a perfect feel of the jungle and beauty. However, the rooms of the hotel were pathetic. A complete disaapointment. There were spiders everywhere, spiders if the size of Ping Pong ball and earthworms inside the room. We couldn't sleep the whole night fearing the spider bite. Moreover, they didn't had the basic things like bread, mineral water... etc, resulting into food poisoning... I will not recommend this hotel to any one and will rate 0 out of 100.

The hotel location was very good, especially the sunset view from the hotel. The staffs were very cooperative and hospitality was excellent. The only problem was room interior and the Cable T.V. connection. The food was great.

The Hotel location is very good for calm lovers. Though condition of the room can be improved like walls can be painted with plastic paint after POP also windows should be openable! otherwise service staff is so dedicated (love them all).

The location is very peaceful as compared to crowded places in tourist spots. Provides good relaxation and change.

Road to hotel was very dusty and I will not prefer this hotel for anyone who wants to explore Lansdowne.

It was totally a horrible experience. I thought it was my last night on this planet. This is only meant for daredevils. Too far from main city and road is very rough. Stinking rooms, improper water supply, torn roof, roaches, no cable television, no customer support, not enough lighting. Do not recommend this to anyone. Book at your own risk.

Overall nice view. Room was not good. But very peaceful environment.

Good to chill out away from crowd in lap of nature

The hotel is very far away from the market. The road to reach the hotel is very poor. This is not good for family. One who wants to enjoy climate and rest, it is good for them. There was no transport facility.

Hotel location was amazing. Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions to a function I was attending along with a helpful map, ensuring parking in car park and facilitating an early check in.
