Our homestay was fantastic. The owner and caretaker, Vinod Sir, are amazing people. The rooms are neat and clean, and lastly, the food they serve is tasty.

I went along with my family. Hospitality is excellent and manger is very humble, helpful and very nice person. It is worthy to stay.

Rooms are good but their hospitality is very bad, breakfast served very slowly, very limited options and we asked for extra bed for kids and they said our staffs are slept disconnected the call abruptly and the list goes on

A very clean property. Mr. Vinod, our host was commendable. He was very professional and helpful. In fact he helped us with our destinations for our day 2. Only minor niggle is the entry to this property, its a bit congested incline. But that's just an entry roughly 50m. Our ecosport and jetta easily went through and there was ample parking space in the property. Few rooms have balcony and not all. Just a thing to keep in mind. Location is also not too far away. Just under 13 km from munnar town, quite accessible. Rooftop dining is quite a spectacle i must add. I would whole heartedly recommend this to anyone out there hunting.

Best place to stay in Munnar, Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful manager and staff ever. Everything about the property was exceptional. The rooms are neat, clean, well maintained and spacious. Food served was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. we hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I stayed here for 3 nights from 26 to 29-Dec. This place is just superb as mentioned by other 5 star reviewers. Rooms were huge and super comfortable, rest rooms were neat and tidy. Care taker Vinod is super supportive and arranges for site seeing as well. It’s a homestay so the food menu is limited but the food served is very tasty and good. Highly recommend this place.

The place was well maintained, neat The villa we stayed at in Munnar was neat and clean, with well-maintained rooms and hot water available—definitely a good option for a night’s stay. However, the location was more like a town area and didn’t give off the serene Munnar vibe we expected. The food served wasn’t impressive, and the WiFi connection was poor, which added to the overall underwhelming experience. The so-called reading room was stocked with old Reader’s Digest magazines and a few random books, and the games section was messy with missing items, making it feel like it was there just for show. While the place works well if you’re looking for a clean room to sleep in, it doesn’t offer much else in terms of amenities or ambiance. For a proper Munnar experience, this wouldn’t be our first recommendation.

John’s solitude is one of the best stays that we ever had as a group.The property is very clean,very well maintained and the staff is very courteous and helpful towards the guests.Special mention to the owner Varsha who is very generous and who has kept the property in a very suave condition. Shout out to Vinod who is property’s care taker cum manager.Vinod is very helpful and a really good manager.

Very pleasent, dedicated kids room, dedicated driver room, i travel-led with my own car (sedan) first time driving to mountains. Still no problem to drive upto hotel and parking. On demand you can ask to prepare any meal. On hotel price i got resort like services. I really really love my 3 days stay

I would give 3 of 5 stars to this property (like their ad says - like a 3 star) 1 star for the new and spacious rooms with good bedding and comfy feel. The location is good (short of munnar. Away from the crowds and yet close enough. 1 star for the positive and helpful manager, mr vinod, who was the whole and soul of the place (with 02 helpers. He gave good tips for local sightseeing and also arranged for a jeep for our family. 1 star for the value for money this place is. 1 star could have been given if they could have paid attention to details in the room like provision of a telephone (to reach the staff, which too requires augmentation - as currently there are only 03 people to manage everything including check in, room service, kitchen, etc. , toiletries like toothbrush, paste, etc. The last star could have also been given had the food been good. The breakfast was passable and the dinner too needs to improve. What i understand is that this place is currently at an early stage and the revenue being generated doesn't allow for a full time chef. Hopefully, v that'll change soon. Overall, had a pleasant stay, with the positive vibes from the people running the place.

This place is really good and well maintained. All the staff including the manager Vinod who are well behaved and helpful. You will get freshly cooked food which feels like home. Though its little far from Munnar town you will get auto or cab easily. Also they arrange Airport cab facility if you inform them prior.
