photos shown is very good, but in reality room was not clean, walls and all paints has torned and wall of rooms is full damp.. bathroom handle was broken, same is that of room

bad experience,in room they are not provided tv,the room I got was not I booked.Also they are not provided complimentary breakfast

Worst room, no tv, no fan, lot off time powercut issue, night no power in room, hot water did not provide they told 5am to 10 am only hot water supply, very bad experience. Kindly remove this hotel for make my trip app.

Bed, blanket, interior, and bathroom are understandable for the price I paid, but not providing hot water in such heavy rain and cold weather is very much disappointing

The rooms are very old, and the bed sheets and pillow covers are dirty. I had already included breakfast in my booking, but I did not receive it. I am extremely dissatisfied with this room.

The condition of the room was bad, even basic things like buckets, soap and blankets were not there. Staff behaviour was also not good. There was nothing in the name of room service, even water etc. was not provided. There were no charging points in the room and there was nothing except a tubelight.

Food is average Location is good No facilities as said during booking. Hygiene levels needs improvement

I was disappointed with my stay as the room did not match the photos shown in the app. The actual condition and appearance of the room were quite different from what was advertised. It did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, or overall comfort. I hope the property updates their listings to reflect the true condition of the rooms to avoid misleading future guests.

The room is totally worst and the photos given are edited . The rooms were not yet painted . The bathroom doors are not closing . Hot water was not available.

Good rooms within budget. Good service and people were so nice even gave us a room upgrade for free.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. The room is spacious and clean. Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, the dining area is spacious, well lit and hygienic. Most importantly, we are delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of staffs. They are always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable.

Room ok but water not distributed and tv not available in room no entertainment so this is tha main reason for below rating....

the owner hospitality is very very good.. and working staff also gives their best to fulfill our needs...one of the best stay I had ever stay

this cottage is only enough for bachelors... but for family this is not ok to stay & feels like uncomfortable

I am travelling every year family. I have good quality and maintenance Hotel. Good good good experience, hotels, and neatly maintenance.

A good budget room a very good spot and in center of city I would recommend it it's very good for solo travellers
