Overall, a decent stay but needs to improve
We stayed at the hotel on 12th July 2025 with our family. The staff was polite and friendly, the taste of food was also good and the hotel was very clean which we really liked. However, there were a few issues that affected our stay — the room didn’t have a set-top box, no toiletries were provided, and the game room had a pool table but many balls were missing. Parking was also inconvenient as there was no proper parking area and we had to park our car outside wherever we found space. Overall, a decent stay but the hotel needs to improve some basic facilities.

Poor Stay
The staff is just interested in making additional money, during my stay I was called multiple times to take car service. The food taste is not good. The staff called a number of times at my room for taxi service which I did not need, the food was not very good, the washroom sink was cracked completely, a lot of noise was there. Soaps and brushing kit was not provided.

Good but noisy surro
Good location, but parties in other hotels a disturbance overnight causing a hindrance to stay there.

Good Stay
stay was great, the food was really amazing, the reception guys was really helpful.. he offered us an upgraded room at the same cost. although the electricity was on and off often but not a big deal. will surely suggest everyone to give it a try.

Everything is good only view was not expected
Breakfast was good and stay and rooms were good but view was not that good. Also swiming pool was small.

nic stay
Nic room hygienic and bathroom to too good . Nic place to stay. Staff also were very cooperative as on asking for extra milk powder they have given. The service was also to fast.

Average Stay
The hotel was ok, a small swimming pool for children, breakfast was good, staf was good, cleanliness ok ok. No driver accommodation. You can find better properties in the same rate. Thank you.

Noisy rooms, congested and very disturbing sounds, no space for parking, No space and rooms are very very small.

Hotel is good. Very clean and having all modern amenities like card lock, hair dryer etc. Very calm locality. Cafeteria serving very good unlimited breakfast. staff is very friendly. Only thing is there are no shops like general store, medical, fruit shops etc nearby.

Excellent Stay
We did a one night stay at jivanta with 3 big familes It was an amazing experience overall The rooms , the facilities and amenities were as good as the pics listed on their website Needless to say the staff was also very Cooperative with us They have an in house cafe which has various food options in decent price range and good taste Overall it's a 9/10👍

Untidy Rooms & Bad Customer Servic
1) There were cockroaches inside the room. 2) On our second day, the breakfast was not served and they said due to less guests there will be A la carte. 3) I requested for a Rs. 10 bottle and the receptionist declined stating no complimentary bottle. They could have managed it. 4) Bedsheets were total dirty and so as the kettle.

Fantastic
I have searching a hotel for stay in panchgani on Make my trip website , then I noticed that the Jivanta hotel is looking good for stay with family. I have booked room online for three days and two nights. I booked semi delux room . When we arrived at hotel they give us welcome drink and after filling my details with aadhar , i enter in my room it is fabulous and service is also very good.
