Hi, I made the booking for this hotel, when I arrived at the reception they refused to give me the room After arguing with them for about 2 and half hours they finally agreed to give me the room but not immediately, they asked me to come after 3 hours, when I came back at 8.30 they gave me a dirty room with an Indian type of toilet ,again I had to argue with them that I am a senior citizen and it was not possible to use the room ,after an hour they gave me another room and this room was in pathetic condition, bedsheets were dirty the ac was leaking, room was full of flies, the bathroom was so dirty that I can't even describe After I called you they finally changed the bedsheets 5 minutes ago The room seemed like some warehouse and was in dilapidated condition On your assurances and my inability to find any suitable accommodation at this hour Per Force I have to spend this night here I want you to take suitable action Against the hotel, and suitably compensate me for the agony and trauma which I have endured Total loss of one working day And unusable quality of room And terrible experience which is like a nightmare

Hotel was at best location… all amenities were best…food was awesome 10/10 for food …. Staff were good n polite and helpful…

I booked hotel through mm t but hotel owner denied check-in as it was long weekend and crowd was full and owner cheated saying it’s full and allotted other with higher amount

Lack of cleaning, poor ambience, rooms are not updated. Swimming pool water is not cleared. Overall it was average experience

The room was small but clean. The hygiene could have been a bit better. The room was well lit. The arrangements by the resort staff on christmas eve were commendable and they ensured that all the guests were entertained. All in all a fun filled stay.

The rooms were good but not so clean. There is no network and wifi goes on and off multiple times.

Stay was good. The only bad thing about this property is this is only vegetarian and you have to walk around 700m to get the nonveg food.
