The business class hotel was good . Nearby mg metro station is an added advantage. Room are spacious and clean

The service was not good as there was no tissue paper, and honestly we got to see a cockroach in the room. The worst part was that at night the power went and no backup electricity was there which intrupted our sleep by sweating. The power came up after almost 2 hours.

It's located at the heart of Central Business district of Kochi. This, ideal for one visiting for a short business purpose. However, it's not at all advisable for a family stay. No in house restaurant. No noise cancellation and the late night party sound from upper floor cafe could not let us sleep. On top of it, there were mosquitos inside the room

Room was spacious neat and clean... But some facilities were not working properly ( Tv & Refrigerator).. They charged extra for dental kit which was complimetary in every property where i stayed

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The service throughout the week was consistently professional and courteous. Overall, a very decent and comfortable experience.

the stay was really good with easy accessibility to food and the location was also nice as it is close to the metro. Also, the services provided by the hotel were good.

excellent location ..just below the metro station. walking distance from TD Temple which we wanted to visit. Spacious clean rooms. Didn't have food.

The bedroom lights are weak, but the toilet lights are good. The TV is not working. Please provide a small toothpaste. The room is very neat and clean

Location, service, everything is good. We got a complimentary room upgrade too. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel room was clean and tidy. No complain about the room. Only suggestion is that the hotel does not provide any complimentary breakfast considering the heavy amount they are charging for a room .
