After a great trouble (as my registered number was non functional at j&k) we could contact mm t through other means. Later mm t arranged another hb (flower garden at ghat 17) thankfully that was beautiful in all respects but we had to lose our valuable one morning session at pahalgam along with severe stress before arriving at the hb replaced. Our original booking at young alzira was insured. Mm t should take care of that. Astonishingly hb young alzira denied any agreement with mm t then how the original booking was made by mm t with full prepayment.

We enjoyed the boat and also stayed in their honeymoon suite which is even more beautiful.

This Houseboat is very well maintained and is one of the newer constructions. While it is on the other overall quieter end of the Dal Lake and gives good view of mountains. This is one of the few boats with a sitting area on top of it. All in all mostly positive Just one tip for families it is close to a mosque so you should be OK for Azaan hearing in wee hours.
