businessRemote location, is not near dal lake as described in the posting. The photos as misleading. Service and attitude of team there was bad. I wasn’t given towels and when i asked for it, i was told to wait until they get free from serving dinner. Wi-fi doesn’t work.

Terrible Stay
No wifi connection is there, sticky smell at room and washroom. They provide clinic plus pouch packing two. It's not expected, breakfast time only 40mins which was included. Whole night too much disturbancing noise was there. And the location totally is an odd place. It is totally far from dal lake and it is in village where u can not get anything.

coupleExcellent hotel. Great service. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to tourist spots. The location is great. I would recommend it to friends, and will definitely stay again if i'm back in srinagar.

Pathetic experience, rude staff, very bad hotel
coupleStaff is very very rude. The room that they gave us was not cleaned since ages, it had cobwebs, wall paper was torn, bulbs not working, bedsheets and bedding was dirty, curtains were dirty, blinds were not closing properly, hence no privacy in room as window glass was see through, tv was not working and it did not have setup box, half washroom window did not have curtains and glass was see through hence again it was breach of privacy. Hot water kettle was not working, broken walls, not sure how can someone call it a suite. When we complained about the basic things of window curtains in washroom they said it is for light. They why do we have electricity and bulbs/tubelights. Food was horrible, stale paneer was served because of which we got food poisoning. Restaurant table and table cloth was not clean, it was not cleaned since ages. Poor quality furniture. We complained to mm t as well but was of no use. It was complete waste of money. And very important thing that is misleading is that it is kms away from dal lake, but in reality it is more than 15kms from the main point of dal lake and is outside the city. Washroom jet was lying om floor as the holder was broken. Used bedsheets from someone's previous stay was lying in cupboard whose handle was broken. Everything was bad. They are just looting money from customers. Not sure how it has such good rating on mmt. Seems fake reviews.

familyWe had a nice 2 night stay at hotel zaryab. Rooms are comfortable, clean bathroom, their kitchen serves very delicious food with love and passion. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. Cherry on top was their welcome drink kahwa, it’s the best we had so far in kashmir, make sure to try it yourself as well. Thank you to hotel zaryab & its hardworking staff for making our stay comfortable and memorable )

Excellent stay at zayrab attic room
coupleFull points on the cleanliness and hospitality. We checked in for a night and we were mesmerised by the room and ambience. Dal lake is approximately a km away from here and two of the famous gardens are nearby.

Good property for the price
familyHonestly i was little disappointed when i reached the hotel. The images uploaded and google give you a very different view. The entrance to the hotel itself is just ok. Even the rooms when you compare with images are not the same. Having said all this overall the services provided are pretty good for the price you pay. The food is good and very affordable although options are limited. Housekeeping service is i would say very good. The staff is cooperative and polite. Location is a bit off so it's not that near to any restaurant or dal lake. But for the most part tourists book taxi for the whole stay so not a big issue

Peaceful and comfortable stay
familyStay was really nice. Great hospitality exhibited by the hotel staffs. Suitable for short stays in srinagar, highly recommended. Special mention for the restaurant staff for their benevolent service.

The room was nice. The staff were very helpful and location is also very close to the lake. A very good place to stay.
