We were upgraded to a Super Deluxe Room by the owner, which was a wonderful surprise and great value for money. We were warmly welcomed with a beautiful memento, a very thoughtful gesture that made us feel special right from the start. The location is extremely convenient as very near to banke Bihari temple, and the room was equipped with all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. Cleanliness was absolutely top-notch, and everything was well maintained. Overall, an excellent experience that exceeded expectations!

I had booked the hotel room for 4 days but from 2nd day onward they kept saying I have to change the room as I am single occupant but I had booked deluxe room. AC was not working on 2-3rd day. Lift was not serviceable from 2nd day. No water was provided. In the booking amenities it was mentioned hot water but there was no geyser. TV was not connected to wifi and the guy said they don’t know the password and so I never connected to WiFi on phone on there TV. Cleaning was never done in 4 days.
