AC was stopped as per their wish, even you are in room. They were switch off the AC and Gyser button from reception area. No Intercom facilities. Food also not good where they were tie up with some local restaurant. No cleaning in rooms. FAN’s were very dirty. Mosquito, Makri were inside the rooms.

The hotel is in a nice location, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transport. The team, including the owner himself, is very humble and courteous, always ready to assist with. The rooms were extremely comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing stay. A great option for travellers seeking comfort and warm hospitality! In the heart of divine land of Vrinda-van, Shridhar Dham.

We were upgraded to a Super Deluxe Room by the owner, which was a wonderful surprise and great value for money. We were warmly welcomed with a beautiful memento, a very thoughtful gesture that made us feel special right from the start. The location is extremely convenient as very near to banke Bihari temple, and the room was equipped with all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. Cleanliness was absolutely top-notch, and everything was well maintained. Overall, an excellent experience that exceeded expectations!

had a great stay at Hotel Vrinda Shridhar. The room was comfortable, cozy, and cleaner than I expected. The staff was humble and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Another highlight is the location—iconic temples are nearby specially Banke Bihari ji temple, making it very convenient. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying stay. Value for money

I had booked the hotel room for 4 days but from 2nd day onward they kept saying I have to change the room as I am single occupant but I had booked deluxe room. AC was not working on 2-3rd day. Lift was not serviceable from 2nd day. No water was provided. In the booking amenities it was mentioned hot water but there was no geyser. TV was not connected to wifi and the guy said they don’t know the password and so I never connected to WiFi on phone on there TV. Cleaning was never done in 4 days.
