Rooms were not clean. Geysers and AC were turned off for most of the day. This is apart from the mentioned hours where the services are not available. The cook, and the sweeper is the same.

Rude behaviour of the owner

The owner is very rude and not supportive. He did not allow food in the room. We have booked the AC room but AC was available in slots with time limits like 9 pm to 6 am and 12 pm to 4 pm. In the hotel it is mentioned that after 11 pm we can't do entry or exit.

Radhe radhe. Yes we don not allow food in the room because of insects and ants are invited due to left over. We have a big dinning area where food can be eaten. Ac timings are already mentioned in room category.

Bhargava yatri niwas is a nice place to stay in vrindavan. From the very start when i booked it Mr. Saurav, probably the owner, helped us a lot. While staying there Mr. harsh, the staff manager, took care of us like family. He is kind and very helpful. Only the wifi connection there is problematic. They really need to take care if it.
