This property is located nearby prem mandir, plus the experience is amazing staying at Hotel Mata Vindhyachal Dham, support staff are so humble and suggestive which mean they are guiding properly if I want to go particularly place. Food is good as well. Overall experience is amazing staying.

The room is so tiny and there is no space to put your luggage, no cup board.. No cross ventilation. The room is like egg cell. Have you ever seen a big ceiling fan in bathroom?. The light is too bright for such a tiny room. It is worth a day and you charged more than a day.

We still adjusted because we were there for few hours but was really shocking was the behaviour of that particular staff at the reception, he was extremely impolite and rude. When we were having conversation at the check out time he started raising his voice and asking questions in a very loud and improper tone. Behaving that way the guest doesn’t make us feel safe at their property. Not even slightful helpful. Would never choose this property for the stay ever.

Ritika ji everybody has self-respect. my all staff is very polite and helpful to all guests if u don't believe please check my all reviews. Thanks

overall we experienced average stay there because we faced room change twice due to AC not working and in other room toilet flush was not working, however hotel staff and manager was very kind and supportive and changed room immediately after noticed issues. food was fantastic please do not hire auto for local sightings from hotel suggested person instead you can find better option.

Hi everyone, i stayed here during my trip to vrindavan and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was nice and conveniently located near all the major temples, which made travel easy. During my trip to Vrindavan, I stayed at this hotel located just 1 km from Prem Mandir. The location was excellent and easily accessible. The staff was polite, helpful, and made the stay very comfortable. The entire property was neat and clean, with well-maintained rooms and hygienic surroundings. What I appreciated the most was the food – it was simple, tasty, and felt just like homemade meals. It made the overall experience even better. I had a peaceful and satisfying stay here, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vrindavan for a spiritual or relaxing trip.

sleeper and shower cap were not provided as per the details mentioned in the hotel description there were bed bugs in the room the hotel has no battery backup, entire day and night the ac was tripping , light was not there frequently entire night was unable to sleep the reason is that insects were coming and they were in floor also in bed food was pathetic , very bad in taste For the bottle they charged with me , when I called the recptionst and said bhaiya keede aareh hai room mai, he said mam ab apne balcony wala room lia hai toh keede aayenge h na very rude , we need to be calm and patient in hotel carrier rather then being igostic they charged me money for extra water bottle which I took and they said it's not complementary , but I paid the amount not arguing lastley, food was pathetic , I called the receipst and said lunch mai kya kya bna hai, he was igostic and portion of food was okay but it was zero in taste, zero, even they even don't know how to make dal makhni and dal tadka,horrible, dal makhni was horrible , allo zeera horrible because of inspects in the room and because of bad behaviour , and because of pathic food quality, I won't recommend this hotel tk any one and would like to give this hotel 2 star dissatisfied .

Terrible Stay
Stayed for two nights and was quite underwhelmed by the experience. The Wi-Fi was non-functional for most of the stay, and despite raising multiple complaints, the staff failed to resolve the issue. Power cuts were frequent, and the lack of full power backup meant the AC didn’t work when it was most needed. Room size was smaller than expected, especially for the price charged. There’s no dedicated parking, which added to the inconvenience. On the positive side, the tea was good, and room cleaning was decent. However, given the overall experience and lack of basic amenities, I found the stay to be overpriced and unsatisfactory. Would not recommend.
