Worst experience, stay earlier in same but now after sell from Clark inn , worst ...ax not working , pathetic food

Location is very calm,away from cities rush. Food is awesome. Hospitality is also good. But may be due to renovation going on in the hotel Maintenance was average. The stay is recommendable if you don't want to get stuck in the rush of vrindavan or mathura though both are within the reach of few minutes.

Room are clean, good service, it is in nice location which u can easily get auto, good washroom, good breakfast i got free complementary breakfast, overall nice experience

Need maintenance as the property seemed not to be maintained the way it was used to be maintained earlier. However, staff is still polite

Hotel service is too slow. Whatever show in picture it's not same. Even in food menu they written lot but they serve only few. Rest all " mam nhi ho payega. Things link water not provided it's chargeable. Even including mini bar. Usually it's complimentary but they charge double on the product they showcase.

Hotel location was good. Hotel staff was helpful and cooperative. Rooms were neat and clean. Food was tasty.

It was an amazing stay, property is located on road, even at late hours one can get auto or erickshaw, rooms are good, services are extremely good, staffs are very polite and helpful. Thankyou for the hospitality

Averagely maintained property bed linen isn't fresh and not cleaned properly. Food and beverage quality is very low. Staff attitude in restaurant very casual and don't care type. Front office staff is good and prompt. Cleaning and hygiene to be checked and maintained.

Property was decent and worth the price paid. Staff was very kind and friendly. Food was delicious

Dinner service was very disturbing, we order dinner at 9:00 pm but at last they served it at 10:30pm after many follow-up. As buffey was not at dinner
