It's always going to be a comfortable stay in Best Western. I always prefer to stay in Best Western whenever I visit Vrindaban

Pathetic hotel . Staff does not know how to talk to customer. They are very rude even Managers are very rude . Food is pathetic , service is pathetic and even rooms are also bad .Don’t except any hospitality, they have check in time at 2 pm and checkout at 11am which is unique policy .

I wanted to share my experience regarding my recent booking with you. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen medical conditions, I was unable to visit the hotel on the date I had reserved. I also encountered difficulties receiving support or flexibility from your team regarding my situation. While I understand that policies are in place, I believe that compassionate understanding in times of health emergencies can make a significant difference. I am really disappointed with the services provide by make my trip and the way they are handling the issues. Make my trip representatives are clueless and do not want to support. Make my trip is blaming hotel for their policies and conveying the same thing to the customer about hotel’s policies , at the end no seriousness from customer care staff

It was really a nice experience at BWI Varindavan. Earlier we were worried about parking issue but it was very well organised by the BWI team and we enjoyed our holy trip. Thanks for wonderful hospitality. Good luck to BWI team . Thanks

The stay was amazing at Best Western Vrindavan. The Hotel has in-house facility of delicious lunch and dinner options and breakfast. Buffet was also amazing. Further, the rooms were neat and clean. The service was prompt and quick kudos to the best Western staff. You will not get any views from the rooms as the hotel is located within a gated Society, however, the location is still easily accessible and well placed.

The receptionist ruchika was fantastic ability to deal customers...and all food quality was very good

Check-in staff was absolutely inexperienced without any courtesy AC location in the rooms is not appropriate. The blower of AC was sounding like some industrial blower is on.

All our Room AC are too noisy , made our sleep uncomfortable. Food and staff amd their all other services are superbly cooperative.

Rooms were spacious and food was delicious. They do not have dedicated parking space within premises and no facility for valet parking.

Prime Location. Hotel staff is very polite. Hotel food is good. Ample of space is available for car parking
