Wifi was not working the whole time. Poor service for simple amenities like iron and all. Bathrooms smells continuously and that comes in the whole room. Also AC indicates 16 degrees but doesn’t cool more than 22 degrees. It was not getting comfortable coolness.

I stayed there for 4 days but from the starting checkin to checkout whole experience is not good at all.. On the first day we reached around 4 pm but even reaching at 4 room was not ready we’ve booked Family room. The entire experience during checkin is pathetic on adding they just giving excuses. And second the BF buffet has no choice at all for everything we used to ask again & again. In nutshell service and cx experience not upto the mark not sure how cx has given 5 rating.

they did not provide many of the facilities which were part of the inclusions. for example they did not providers the mini fridge in the room, iron, iron table, laundry services and geyser etc. All these things were mentioned as part of the inclusions in our booking but was not provided even on request. It's not even a 3 star property. Make my trip should correct the listing to provide better services
