pathetic experience on Service of hotel, rooms were extremely dirty smelly , i don’t recommend this to anyone as per the charges of hotel they have charged for two rooms

Very poor No tea coffe supply No breakfast No water bottle Said that it's not included in mmtc package

It was a very bad experience, we booked executive room but they had provided Deluxe room and didn't mentioned at the time of our checking, later we came to know after came to watch a Executive room of our nearby traveller, room had multiple defects like TV set top box missing, door lock of bathroom was defective, AC remote was not working, house keeping service & in house food service was very unprofessional. Although they had multiple room options hut staffs were not enough to provide priceworthy service at that level, My recommendation to all is ensure to check all the amenities and check the booking details before check in.

High rate bad room bad restaurant

Hotel staff have not aware online booking and provided room was not as has given in detail. Room Booked for 3 Adult but bed size enough for 2 adult, Extra mattress given for ground.

Hotel room very old and no maintenance. Bathroom untidy and poor in condition. No support / co- operation at all from hotel staff. Frequent power cut and wi-fi signal very weak almost no signal. Strongly not recommended to stay.

On reaching, we were offered a very dirty, untiedy room. We complained & twice our room was changed. Still maintenance is very poor

Terrible experience! The room and toilet were extremely dirty and not cleaned properly. On top of that, the lights kept turning on and off every 10 minutes, making it impossible to rest. Would not recommend this hotel at all!

The hotel basera has a very bad lift problem, no game zone , gate lock did not work, expensive hotel,

Property was at a fine location. All the sites are in few distances, Staff members are cooperative .

Pathetic, terrible. Small room, very bad bathroom, foul smell. Very rude and arrogant behaviour of staff. No support. I had booked a room for two days and had paid already. The staff was so intimidating that I was not able to stay even for 5 minutes. refunded my one day money not even staying for a minute. Please blacklist this hotel...even if they offer you to stay for free don’t do that. Worst experience.

I checked out in 15 minutes after check in. Quality of mattress and washroom is very bad. It’s very old furniture

The location is very good and the room size is also ok. The behaviour of the person sitting on reception is not good.

Stay was average. Lilens were jot clean. Body was and shampoo quality was below average

Ok close to key places, staff can use some training on being friendly overall good experience with good food options
