Property is good , room condition is also good , staff behaviour is also good, but when we visit we found there was a power cut in particular area for that we have to shift another hotel and for that we have to pay nothing and i must say manager coordination was really very much impressive he shift us in another hotel coz he don’t want that we suffer due to power cut .

I traveled solo, nice stay. Food can be ordered online, and they will deliver it to your room with good packaging. Also, there was a flood just the day before I visited, and there was a power outage. I was the only one in the hotel when I checked in, but they were very supportive and helpful. It was very hot, and they turned on the power backup to run the AC. The hotel is also very close to major temples. I recommend it.

stay is good and all facilities available and all temples are nearby within 1-2 km on walk and staff is also good and behaviour is good.. hygiene and washroom are very good and early check in is also available at half price of total room cost.. my experience is nice at staying in this hotel and also safe for female

good and helpful staff excellent location - 10min walk to banke bihari and kelikunj (specially for darshan punjaniya premanand ji maharaj) 10 min to ISKCON and prem mandir by ev auto. Not liked need more cleanliness. room was too small

Lucknow to vrindavan bus- 1- bus timing was 11 :15 and driver told us at 9 that time has been updated and you have to come by 10:45 else we will move or you can cancel the bus before 11. I mean how dare he can give us such type of warning. 2- as per the conducter bus that we have booked was changed, but the twist was our states also changed he gave us last lower and last upper seat but we have booked the other one. And after heat argument they have an excuse that we only these seat available in this bus. Vrindavan to lucknow. 1- bus was 1 hr late with our any update no calls no msg and i was receiving mse from mmt that bus has arrived i mean how irresponsible they are. 2- no space for our luggage and excuse was we are coming from delhi bus is already full can't keep your luggage. 3- my charger was not fitting on the charging point. They are not made for chargers at all i don't no why there is even charging point if they are useless. 4- no lights in the cabintes.

They gave us terrace room which is vey tiny and on 4th floor and ac was not working after so much discussion they shift us on 3rd floor. Lock of bathroom was broken and they didn’t fixed it. There was lizard on the floor. They also don’t start generator after power cut and told us to wait for power to come back. They clean the room only after being asked and there were no facilities like towel and glasses etc which are only given to us after being asked.

I had gone for darshan. The property has Cooperative staff and clean room and wash room.

room is too small but clean otherwise all is good near of Banke Bihari Temple

every thing was fine, location is easy to reach the property.staff behaviour was to good.to much coperative person is there.
