The location is good. Very near to iskcon vrindavan. Budget friendly, clean and most important the hotel owner is very friendly and cooperating.

2 rooms not upto mark rent charged by make my trip is excessive than present booking rate not recommend anyone to book through make my trip will also share on social media groups

It was a good stay. The proprietar of the hotel mr surrender a very fine and helping person. The hotel staff very nice. Some amenities like morning tea and break fast required to be added.

The service provided is very poor, the manager was not in hotel and sleeping in his home and even his all numbers are switched off. My family have faced lots of issues after reaching the hotel. The hotel staff were shouting. I will file a case against makemytrip. I just want half of my refund. Else i'll escalate this. ?

Rooms were good, small but enough to stay, staff were polite. Free tea was also offered and kitchen was also available. Locality was very good as it is just between Prem Mandir and Ishkon temple. Surrounding with shopping points and eating points, food of Sai Restaurant which was just opposite guest house was very tasty and price worthy.

Hotel situated on prime location, cleaning support, the spiritual combination of holiday and festive moment. Staff is good as per expected. Wants to stay again, on next trip.

I was in doubt while booking by seeing negative review how however I booked due to prime location. But on contrary to the review hotel is nice and their staff are very well cultured and helpful. I booked from MMT and when we went there he denied to give the room and said all rooms are occupied while he asked me to book directly as he has a different room and when I visited the room, found that room were not clean and very small. Bathroom was terrible. All over the places cockroaches were found.

It was pathetic experience in this hotel. I had booked two rooms, they do not have any room left and they accepted my booking. When I reached there at night, they provided me store room and told me that due to some technical issue the hotel accepted the booking.
