Hotel is Good Near prem mandir and iskon mandir Rooms are clean and. Spacious . Staff are good and polite. Need buffet for breakfast if possible and normal Ro water is require. Rest things are good and good food

Hotel experience very bad poor service

No bathing soap and handwash have been provided No medicine was available in hotel and When I asked the hotel person for medicine of headache and vomiting he replied they don’t provide instead we have paid 49 rupees extra per person while booking. Not satisfied with service

Location is good. Very clean and comfortable . Environment is peaceful. Can go to the temples and have a good spiritual experience. Very good for family.

The place looks fine. BUT BUT BUT... The price they are charging is slightly higher than the value of service provided. There were mosquitoes/insects in the room. We had to experience itching. They are charging so much, but they don't even provide a kettle in the room. They also don't have a intercom in the room. On the first day, there were no towels in the bathroom, it was provided the next day when I asked for clean-up. Toiletries kit was not there in the bathroom. Overall, if you want to stay close to Prem Mandir & ISKCON, you may choose this. But they are charging a bit higher for their services.

We stayed at Hotel Radha Bihari Nikunj Inn, Vrindavan from 17th to 19th and must say it was total value for money. Like every place, there’s always scope for improvement, but what truly stood out here was the service readiness and willingness to help. When we weren’t satisfied with the initial room, the staff immediately assisted us with a positive attitude, which really set the tone for our stay. From the room attendants and housekeeping team to the reception and restaurant staff, everyone was extremely courteous, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were well-maintained, housekeeping did a wonderful job, and the reception team was always warm and welcoming. The food was another highlight – both in-room dining and at the restaurant. A special mention for the milk quality, which was truly exceptional and something we highly recommend, especially in Vrindavan, the land of Lord Krishna. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vrindavan. Thank you to the entire team for their dedication and hospitality and amazing gift as a token of our tour and memories. Radhe Radhe.

My check in time was 12pm. When I reached hotel, a boy sitting on reception said our check in time is 1.pm. You have booked from MMT. Other than this experience was ok

The Hotel was average however staff was nice. Rooms were very small, not cleaned enough, the bedsheet and pillows were not clean. Food was also average.

Not that clean and well, they should maintain the hygiene. And keep air purifiers or air freshness in the lobby

Frequent power cuts and delay in starting power backups... No food and courtesy for drivers (travelling with guests)... Incase any food item is missed to be delivered in order and enquired by guest about missing item (restaurant staff says this never happens...). This was my 10th stay is this hotel, but it will soon start losing guests due to the changed behaviour. Worst part was incase anyone like a driver places order for a cup of tea, they are not even provided that, inspite of knowing that they will pay for their meal. And this never happened in my past visits. It used to be my favourite hotel in past but i will now reconsider while booking. Overall the food quality taste etc is excellent but that old vibe of this hotel is now missing.

The location of the hotel is very prime, the food is very tasty and the behaviour of the staff is very friendly and beautiful, the room was very nice and everything is clean and beautiful.

Property is nice, located at good location, food is good. Staff are good behaviour. Only one problem is in this area major power cut during the day and night time.

Stayed there for one night. Room was good. It was properly cleaned. Restaurant food was very good. Had dinner and breakfast there.

Staff was not professional. Careless and irresponsible behaviour. Room was not cleaned properly. Hotel location is not good. Food was average. Complimentary breakfast policy ( which is actually not complimentary), as cost is already taken at the time of booking, is disaster. Overall you should go for another hotel.

A very nice hotel in the middle of Vrindavan city.Location is good.Restaurent food is awesome.Rooms are spacious.Bathroom is clean with hot water running.Will get Conveyance like auto in front of the hotel.

washrooms was not cleaned some smell was coming badly. No parking . tv is not working fromt desk reception staff behaviour was not good. only thing i liked about hotel is food.

The stay was really comfortable. But what really stood out was the helpful and courteous nature of the staff. Always courteous with a smile on their face. I reached at around 8.30 am much before my check-in time but they were courteous enough to offer me a temporary room to have a bath and change. The rooms were neat and mostly pleasant.
