poor experience bed cleaness is not good and not provided dental kit ets other commitments products and water bottles also

It was a great experience. The staff were very well behaved and helpful. Clean room with good connectivity.

1600rs pay kiya.....1000 rs like wala room tha.....maza nhi aaya.......upper se el dam bekaar saa area.

Over valued, non co operative, really it was really to costly for me they were known that we are 3 adult and 2 kit even though the have give us small room, also charged extra for one mattress, never recommend this property

Not at all worth for family stay. Bad smell in rooms no restaurant no lifts not properly maintained limited staff no proper parking facility small bathrooms

It was the worst experience ever. The room was smelling. Badsheet, blanket and pillow were dirty. Washroom was dirty and the water logging issue. Ac was not working properly. It was a very bad experience and the staff were very rude.

I will not recommend it to anyone. Poor service. I was not expecting this. Fan, tv nothing was in working condition. Bed was not proper. Room was not properly cleaned. Washroom was not hygienic

They don’t provide the amenities as they have promised while booking also the staff is not that friendly

All the temples were not so far from the hotel so had a good experience, food was great, had a lot of fun with my friends.

I booked 3 triple accomodation with 2kids in nv palace from makemytrip and it was showing that i will get 1 king size double bed and 1 single bed. However upon reaching i got double bed which was queen size or even smaller than that along with 1 single bed. Quality of food is terrible with just 2-3 options available i faced cooling issue in the room throughout as well as there was around 2 hours when ac did not even work bathroom was smelling and there are many other issues. Rooms are not up to mark as compared to price they charge. It was my first ever worst experience to stay in this hotel. Makemytrip should validate what hotel is claiming before showing on its website. It was really west-ed of my time and money.

There were some issues with the staff. 1. I requested for some water but they have not provided. 2. First of all they have declined to provide the dinner by saying that all restraints have been closed but i told them that we are your guests and you are talking like this, then after 5 minutes they have done it. 3. Snacks were also provided after 1 hr. Of waiting. 4. They have bribed me of 100 rupees for removing my vehicle form parking at vrindavan chauk

First thing is how to receive a customer or guests is important, my welcome was very bad, they are busy in there morning breakfast and me and my wife stood for an hour at the reception, premises is not neat they cleaned washroom. But we felt the dirty smeel until l our stay

Never ever visit here, the workers here behave very rude. This is the worst place i've ever been

No kitchen facility, they provide food from outside with disposable plates and plastic spoons, staff behaviour is good though

it was a very terrible stay. no ac/fans were working and it was summer time which was too hot. they were giving excuses that it's on in our hand. power cut is from the district only. there was no facility of generator too. money just wasted 😖

When i reach the hotel and ask them they were saying that ac is not working and when i ask for refund they were saying that ask to customer where you book the room so please refund my amount.

There is no support from staff. Acs and fans are only for name. It was very terrible as it was very hot day and acs were not working. !
