The room was clean and in the okay condition, the toilet sheet was not properly installed. We ordered the food from the hotel restaurant and the food was totally pathetic. The Paneer sabji was smelly,it seemed like 2-3 days old and fried rice also smelled badly.Serving plate was not clean properly. Yellow patches were seen in the plate. The hotel staff was good. for Stay I will give 3 Star. for food I will give 0.5 star

All Rooms & bathrooms were very dirty, foul smell was coming everywhere . Both fan's regulator was not working, one fan was running on full mode whereas other was on very low mode. Fridge was not powering on. Even the intercom phone set was not working. We stayed for 4 days but none of the complaints were resolved till our stay. It was the worst experience.

Hospitality and food was amazing. Staff service is also so good. Rooms are so clean. The restaurant staff was so attentive. I will give the number 10 of 10. I m coming in mathura since last 7 to 8 years and stayed in multiple hotels but i have never seen such type of hospitality services in another hotels. Goga restaurant food is also so good.
