Bathroom is not cleaned and pillows and mattress had lots of stains and the most painful thing is there are rats in our room. how can we stay with rats .

room is too small as compare to rates , and hotel is far away from bake bihari , room rent is too high

I was traveling alone . As a solo traveling my experience is very good. Hotel staff is very supportive. Room was very good, properly cleaned. The room was clean and in the okay condition, the toilet sheet was not properly installed. We ordered the food from the hotel restaurant and the food was totally pathetic. The Paneer sabji was smelly,it seemed like 2-3 days old and fried rice also smelled badly.Serving plate was not clean properly. Yellow patches were seen in the plate. The hotel staff was good. for Stay I will give 3 Star. for food I will give 0.5 star

Good location but room maintaince is very poor. Management should focus on room maintaince properly.

All Rooms & bathrooms were very dirty, foul smell was coming everywhere . Both fan's regulator was not working, one fan was running on full mode whereas other was on very low mode. Fridge was not powering on. Even the intercom phone set was not working. We stayed for 4 days but none of the complaints were resolved till our stay. It was the worst experience.

The stay was good. The hotel staff were really nice. Parking was available in front of the hotel on the road. Chai and coffee are good.

Hospitality and food was amazing. Staff service is also so good. Rooms are so clean. The restaurant staff was so attentive. I will give the number 10 of 10. I m coming in mathura since last 7 to 8 years and stayed in multiple hotels but i have never seen such type of hospitality services in another hotels. Goga restaurant food is also so good.

Good food and service! the location is also good. In budget it's a good hotel for a family to stay visiting mathura and vrindavan!

The room was not clean as it should be plus taps in the washroom are constantly dripping the water.

Good amazing food, cosy stay and pretty good stay. The hotel is in the middle of mathura and vrindavan so we can easily go to both destinations.
