Super Hotel O Shree Ji Puram Near Prem Mandir

Everything was good but the lock of the window was broken which was attached to the balcony and 2 rooms share same balcony so i was not feeling secured about my goods

Nice property with clean rooms. All new electrical appliances installed like AC, TV and Geyser etc.

no proper water supply, taps are not functioning well, room are not well organised, air conditioning n wifi r also not functional no mirror in room

though this hotel show near to prem mandir but but hotel is in pathetic location with drain water all over the road, not recommended to book this hotel because you won't be able to come directly to hotel, diesel and CNG vehicle will not go beyond barricade of prem mandir and you have to get E-rickshaw with sky touching prices. I and my wife reached early to hotel due to rain , receptionist is a teenager who is rude and charges extra for early or late hours. After allocation of room, we found that bedsheet was not changed but just arranged, toilet roof had water leakage and current on washroom walls. after complaining got another room which had same cleaning standards but washroom door was not lockable, dusty floor. The hotel's location is not ideal, especially during the rainy season. The area around the hotel is quite dark, and the services are definitely not up to par. Essential items like a dressing mirror, telephone, and chair are missing from the rooms. Furthermore, there are no dining options available near the hotel.

First of all i didn’t stayed there because place was terrible dirty and full of bad smell along with dirty bedsheets and slippery floor.

Came here alone to rest and recharge. Room was quiet and staff gave me the space I needed to heal.

Staff knew about historical sites good for solo visits. Room was a great base for my educational travels.

Hi Anjali, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent hotel booking made through MakeMyTrip. This was my first experience booking through your platform, and unfortunately, it has been extremely disappointing. The property did not provide the basic facilities that were clearly mentioned on your platform and for which I paid. Below are the major issues I faced during my stay: No Wi-Fi: Despite being listed as available, the Wi-Fi was not working. Non-functional TV: The television did not work, which was also due to poor connectivity or service issues. Unhygienic washroom: The bathroom was very smelly and in an unclean condition, which made it unusable. Power outages: There were multiple power cuts throughout the day. In peak summer, I managed with just a fan most of the time, even though I had booked an AC room with power backup – as clearly stated on your site. No chilled drinking water: Drinking water was not chilled, and the water provided was of poor quality. The place where it was kept was unhygienic. Worst part – no electricity at night: The power cut at around 12:30 AM was never restored through the backup, which failed after about an hour. I had to spend the entire night in the hotel lobby due to extreme heat and lack of electricity. Power was only restored at around 8:30 AM the next morning. Due to these issues, I was unable to sleep the entire night and had an extremely uncomfortable and distressing experience. This is not what I expected after paying for an AC room with proper amenities. I am requesting a full refund.

Unsatisfactory, I booked for 2 night, fully paid in advance. but the services are so bad that I had to leave the hotel in just 5-6 hours loosing all the paid amount. I'll never recommend any for this hotel. 1. Staff are irresponsible and rude. 2. No amenities are provided as mentioned. even not a single chair is there in the room 3. No electricity backup. imagine how can we stay in summer if in ac room has not even the back-up to run fan or light. 4. in washroom issue with water supply in wash pipe placed in combot.

Accomplished romantic hotel experience. Staff made our trip extra special. Room was cozy and very comfortable. Great anniversary celebration.
