Hotel was so so, average quality rooms and ambience as against the tarif. Location is good, Food was good

It was a pleasant stay at Hotel Ananda Castle. The rooms were clean and hygienic and the food quality was very good.

It was nice staying at this hotel,best thing about it is it’s location.

My wife and I were the guests at this facility for the period Sept.21 thru Sept. 23. While the food was tasty, the customer on the next table got a big ant in the sandwich on 22nd September morning. Service on other fronts takes a long time. You keep the tap on in the bathroom for hot water just won't come. It took a day for us to know that the small fridge kept there was for show only and did not cool things. They changed it the next day without a murmur, which proved they knew of its deficiency but didn't keep the right thing. The intercom works erratically. The toilet seat has the old jet system, so the aim of the jet may not hit the target. Installing a toilet shower isn't that costly. There is no locker in the room which is quite small and doesn't deserve the tariff of Rs. 4000+ per night. Thanks for affording us this opportunity to know such facilities are promoted by your company which charged Rs.600+ from us for your 'service'!

Hotel is very clean, is truly a 3-star, and is at a prime location. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room service is prompt and food is good enough. I did feel a little unwelcome on a few occasions, but otherwise would definitely recommend

AC is not working, I am very upset seriously. What is the meaning of 100% Power backup? Very bed experience about this Ananda castle hotel.

Rooms were clean...bed size was gud...all basic amenities like toiletries,water bottles,towels etc were provided...had gud space for car parking... the biggest advantage was it's location.. also hotel is near to Iskcon templ

less die to cockroach in room. baki overall good experience best part is easy darshan of maharaj premanand ji . without much efforts

Size of room was small. No window in the room. Extra charge taken for my daughter’s stay in spite of the fact that no extra bedding was asked for and neither there was space for it in the room. Front desk managers were rude. Cleanliness was ok but bedding was dirty and on our request it was changed.

Hotel Staff was very supportive, Room was clean & clear & They also provided 02 water bottle (complimentary) . If one want to have darshan of shri premanand maharaj ji than this hotel is best, because maharaj ji comes with their bhaktgan in way of hotel.

When we entered in the room, the room was not cleaned properly, there was hair in the bed and in the floor. but I asked the receptionist to change the room, and he changed my room, so yes overall experience is ok ok.

My stay at this hotel is priceless. My family enjoyed the stay in Vrindavan. Hotel management provided all types of facilities to us.

in room no. 405, the water supply is so poor and slow. The flush is also not working properly at all. when we ask them to solve that, they said the plumber will come and do that and tell us to wait till he reaches. there's no proper assistance regarding that. we have to face a huge problem by that.

Everything is good. Walking distance from Keli Kunj- Parmaanada Baba mandir and easily e- ‘rickshaw available for other Mandira. Service of the hotel is also good.

it was a good hotel but the rooms space was quite less but it's manageable for 2 person only. nice hospitality
