Location was good but most of public transport, local auto refuse to go there. You can take tea far better from out side then inside. No cleanliness and hygiene in cups, trays and jars, service is so lazy even they forget to give towels in room services. Aur to kya kahu bhai i not at all recommend for such a good price (2500/- per night) stay as i paid.

Room service was average and ac of room was not properly working location of property is very nice

Worst terrible pathetic, room full of dust, foul smell, bathroom full of dirt and mud, slippery, room tiled dirty, you can’t walk bare foot, they bring tea in teapot without lid, I can’t imagine anything worst.

Good experience everything was great including the location was spot on everything was near

The room was so smelly. The bathroom was so dirty & smelly. Water was coming out of AC. We cancelled our room immediately. They charged for deluxe room & provided standard room to us saying that all rooms are booked.

Room was ok staf was good...they behave gently peaceful place ...break fast was good and tasty

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel in Vrindavan. The room was full of ants and dust, due to this my son suffered with allergy and there was water leakage from the AC. The bathroom was poorly maintained and not at all clean. The service was also very bad and unresponsive. Moreover, the surroundings of the resort were not pleasant, which made the overall experience even worse. Definitely not worth the money.

I stayed for two night nights in this hotel and completely satisfied with the service of property. Hotel staff was cooperative and quite helpful. Murat Singh and Yadav both were supportive so I will recommended for this property.

Stay was good. Housekeeping Guy Murat was very helpful. He took care of everything. Murat is a fantastic Guy.

Nice accommodation and staff are nice to guests. nice place to stay. Service and cleanliness are good compare to other near by hotels.

Value for money, very friendly. Helped us with arranging milk for our kid and warmed it a number of times irrespective of the time.

The stay was good with desent ambience and good environment. The Hotel has ample space and greenery

Good supportive and polite staff. they allowed early checkin and extended checkout for 1 hour Service is good. Royal entrace and ample amount of space in lawn area However as per the price range, hotel room is not upto the mark. No smart TV. channel subscription was over.
