very good place to stay,near to the banke bihari mandir, connectivity is very gud to local and public transport,room service is so good , staff behaviour is very cooperative

Hotel Ambience was Good but Room Service was very very poor..they didn't provide basic amenities like Towel Soap and Toilet was in very bad condition... only food was Good but this is my horrible experience in Hotel ...I have to fight for basic amenities...But I am thankful that they have extended my stay for 4 hrs by extra payment of Rs 1000 But I am not overall happy for this Hotel

Very poorly managed. Thrice they asked for MMT voucher as they believed our stay period was 12th to 14th April instead of 12th to 15th April. On 14th they wanted us to shift to some other property stating this property was totally booked for some VIP. When I became adamant for not shifting anywhere then only they receded. Service also was a big blooper. 100% managed by untrained staff.

Food and location is good, near by Shri Banke Bihari Temple. Suggestion to improve and manage staff services.

Neet and clean room. Washroom is not properly clean

It was horrible service, washroom tank was not working, flush was not working, water leakage etc, we complained multiple time bit jo satisfactory resolution, other guests were also seen regularly complaining about other issues but worst service attitude of the management. Would not recommend this so called hotel which is actually worst than a lodge.

1. Due to following reasons, my experience was not good. A. Initially geyser was not working. B. Morning 07:00 to 10:00hrs no room service available. This is the only time when everyone want tea in room. C. During dinner time kitchen is not fully functional. Dinning room was dirty. I was not feeling like to have dinner. I had my lunch and dinner outside from this hotel. D in morning breakfast, drinking water kept in plastic jugs which were dirty. E only you can watch program on you tube. They will not provide any other channel. F no sleepers available in room. They should keep disposable sleepers in room. 2. I paid for two rooms for one night which are very quite after seeing facilities.

Hotel people were so rude, no dental kit, no water, everything was payable, it was not worth staying, as they didn’t even changed the bed sheet in 2days stay.

Comfortable stay very relaxing all we’re cooperative food was excellent and hygienic…staff was very polite,room was neat and clean

I stayed there at night with family so can’t share anything about staff, and their ac’s are also not working in good conditions

Not good no customer service over price charged, especially if u book online overall, i do not recommend

Durty room and bathroom next time not try again
